Terms governing use of the WebMoment API.

These API Terms govern access to and use of the WebMoment API. They supplement the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
The WebMoment API enables customers to create, retrieve, update, automate, and export resources such as Pages, Moments, Trackings, Collections, and related metadata.
API access may depend on plan, permissions, Workspace settings, feature availability, and usage limits.
API Keys authenticate requests to the API. You are responsible for all activity performed with your API Keys.
You must:
WebMoment may revoke or rotate API Keys to protect the Services, customers, or third parties.
API Keys may inherit or be assigned scopes, roles, or permissions. You are responsible for granting the minimum access needed.
Actions taken through an API Key are treated as actions of the Workspace that owns the key.
WebMoment may enforce rate limits to protect reliability and fair use.
Rate limits may vary by:
Requests that exceed limits may be throttled, delayed, queued, or rejected.
API usage may count toward plan quotas, including:
WebMoment may reject API requests that exceed quotas.
You may not use the API to:
Misuse may result in throttling, API Key revocation, Workspace suspension, or termination.
WebMoment may monitor API usage for security, fraud, abuse, and reliability.
WebMoment may apply protective measures, including:
WebMoment aims to keep stable API behavior reasonably consistent, but the API may evolve over time.
WebMoment may add, modify, deprecate, or remove endpoints, fields, limits, or behaviors.
Where practical, WebMoment will provide notice for material breaking changes.
Beta, preview, experimental, or undocumented APIs may change or be removed at any time.
You should not rely on beta APIs for critical production workflows unless WebMoment confirms otherwise in writing.
WebMoment does not guarantee uninterrupted API availability unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Requests may fail or be delayed due to maintenance, incidents, queues, third-party services, rate limits, abuse prevention, or infrastructure events.
You are responsible for all URLs, Pages, Moments, Trackings, comments, metadata, and uploaded assets submitted through the API.
You must have all rights and permissions needed to capture, archive, store, share, and export content through the API.
